Megan Heinzelman’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, tax planning and tax litigation. In addition to obtaining a Juris Doctorate, she holds a Master’s of Law in Tax from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Megan’s education provides her a solid understanding of the complexities of tax law and the specific skills needed to practice federal, state, and international tax law successfully.
 
Megan’s priority is client service. With each client, Megan is laser-focused on securing the best outcome and guiding her clients through a variety of matters. When clients are buying, selling or dividing businesses, she assists them with solutions to their needs. Megan helps with the formation and ongoing compliance for non-profit entities.
